Ontario Disability Support Program

The Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) is intended to meet the needs of people with disabilities and help them to become more independent.   ODSP Employment Supports is a voluntary program that helps people with disabilities find work.  You may be eligible for ODSP Employment Supports if you have a physical or mental disability that is expected to last a year or more and, as a result, makes it hard for you to find or keep a job.
