John Vanuden's story I decided to pursue a real estate career back in Dec.2011 after the company announced they would start building our class 8 trucks in Springfield. I had always been interested in Real estate, so I did some inquiring. I found out I could be registered in about 6 months at a cost of about $2000.00 That includes motel for 2 weeks in Cambridge were i did the 3rd and final session. There was 3 exams. After that it cost about $1500 to get registered. I started working at Excel Realty on July 1,2011. Over the next 2 years I have to take 3 more courses (another $2000) I looked into 2nd career but like I told you I didn't really qualify. Im very eager to see were this path leads me,I know it will take a while to build up cliental just like anything.  |
